What does Shurivo do?
Shurivo provides controlled editing for supported fields on Jira Service Management requests, subject to configuration, permissions and request context.
Can any requester edit any field?
No. Whether an edit is allowed depends on configured field rules, authorization and other applicable request conditions.
Which field types have been tested?
The project records functional tests for number, dropdown, radio selection, multi-select, checkbox, date/date-time and labels. Exact behavior can depend on Jira configuration.
Where does request data go?
Shurivo runs on Atlassian Forge. Permitted edits and audit information are written inside Jira; project configuration uses Forge-hosted storage. Refer to the published Privacy Policy and Security pages for the precise data-handling boundaries.
Is Shurivo available on Atlassian Marketplace?
A public listing has not yet been verified for this website release. A direct installation link will be added when its official destination is confirmed.
Does Shurivo hold its own SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification?
No independent SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP or HIPAA certification is claimed for Shurivo. See the Security page for details.
